Walking Dead Fans Are Freaking Out on Twitter

 

(Spoiler alert: This post contains spoilers for last night’s Walking Dead. Proceed with caution.)
In TV cliffhanger time, two weeks is an eternity. And for that eternity, Walking Dead fans have been wondering what happened to Glenn (Steven Yeun). When we last left him, Glenn had fallen off of a dumpster into a horde of zombies. Most fans figured he was a goner, but still assumed we’d get some kind of closure. As of last night, though, two full episodes came and went without any mention of Glenn or his fate.
Now the Internet wants to know: What gives?
Following last night’s episode, “Now,” confused/angry/heartbroken Dead heads took to Twitter to express their frustration at the narrative hush campaign. While most of the conversation devolved into despair (standard tweet: “this is killing me!”), the chatter also showed some glimmers of hope as the hashtags #GlennLives and #GlennAlive gained traction.
